I think a lot of that comes from competitive sport. What I loved most was the shared goal — coach, physio, trainer, players. Different roles and expertise, but everyone pulling in the same direction.
There's something infectious about that kind of environment. When people are good at what they do, enjoy doing it and expect a lot from each other, it's hard not to get better yourself.
